Merle Jones served in the United States Army for over twenty years, retiring in September of 2000 as a Command Sergeant Major. In 2011 Merle was inducted to the Military Police Hall of Fame. Merle is a registered representative, registered through Woodbury Financial Services Inc. and is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), whose membership in based on minimum sales production requirements and gross business generated within a year. Merle is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and holds a Series 7, 63 and a life and health insurance license. Merle's personal experience in investing started in 1983 when “traditional IRAs” were first introduced. The combination of personal investment experience, research and his passion to help others has developed into a growing financial services business.
 
Merle spends much of his time giving back to the community through a variety of volunteer and charity work. Some of his positions and accomplishments included serving the as a past Board of Director for the USO; past Co-Chairperson for Friends of the Fort, Lebanon; Paul Harris Fellowship Recipient (2010); “Civilian Volunteer of the Year” for the Armed Services Y.M.C.A. (2001); “Volunteer of the Year” for the Habitat for Humanity (2004); Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber of Commerce "Citizen of the Year Nominee" (2008); area Vice President of the Association of the United States Army; past President and Board Member of the Pulaski County Rotary Club; and area President and  past Board Member of the Military Police Regimental Association's national board. He is currently the President of Support the Fort, a community organization based at the Lake of the Ozarks designed to strengthen relationships between Fort Leonard Wood and the lake area. He is also the President of the Military Police Regimental Association, Ozark chapter.
 
When Merle isn't working or giving back to the community, he enjoys spending time boating on the Lake of the Ozarks. He also loves spending time with his twins', Garrett and Mariah, who are now sophmores in college. Merle also enjoys rooting for his favorite baseball team, the St. Louis Cardinals.
