Merle Jones served in the United States Army for over twenty years, retiring in September of 2000 as a Command Sergeant Major. Merle is a registered representative, licensed through National Planning Corporation (NPC) and is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). Merle’s registrations include the Series 7, 63 and holds a life and health insurance license. Merle’s personal experience in investing started in 1983 when “traditional IRA’s” were first introduced. The combination of personal investment experience, research and his passion to help others has developed into a growing financial services business.
 
Merle spends much of his time giving back to the community through a variety of volunteer and charity work. Some of his positions and accomplishments included serving the Board of Directors for the USO; the Co-Chairperson for Friends of the Fort, Lebanon; Paul Harris Fellowship Recipient (2010); “Civilian Volunteer of the Year” for the Armed Services Y.M.C.A. (2001); “Volunteer of the Year” for the Habitat for Humanity (2004); Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber of Commerce "Citizen of the Year Nominee" (2008); area Vice President of the Association of the United States Army; past President and Board Member of the Pulaski County Rotary Club; and a past President and Board Member of the Military Police Regimental Association’s national board. 
 
When Merle isn't giving back to the community, he surrounds himself with his family.  Merle and his wife, Katy, spend the majority of their time keeping up with their twins', Garrett and Mariah, many activities.
